Garlic 3 clove
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Pork shoulder (You can use any lean pork: tenderloin in which there is no fat layer, shoulder or carbonate.) 500 g

Salt and pepper the meat to taste.

Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices, make cuts with pressure and stuff the meat with garlic.

Place the meat in a baking sleeve and tie on both sides. Place in a preheated room at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
