Rinse and dry chicken thighs. If the thighs end in a tail, carefully cut it off.

Sprinkle the thighs with chicken spices, salt and mix thoroughly. Pass the garlic through a press and add to the chicken.

Add mayonnaise and sour cream to the meat. Stir again and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

Place the thighs in a baking bag and secure the ends of the bag with clips. Pierce the bag with a toothpick in several places to allow steam to escape during baking.

Bake chicken thighs in an oven preheated to 200°C for about 40 minutes. Times are approximate. Read about ovens below the steps. If during the process the cling film begins to darken greatly, as if the thighs are burning inside, do not be alarmed. This roasts the juices on the surface of the cling film.
