Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Hard cheese 200 g
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Chicken fillet 600 g
Pineapples (canned rings) 200 g

How to make chicken chops with pineapple and cheese? Prepare your ingredients. For baked chicken chops with pineapple and cheese we will need: chicken fillet, canned pineapple rings, cheese, mayonnaise, vegetable oil for greasing the parchment, ground black pepper and salt.

Wash the chicken fillet and dry. Cut each fillet lengthwise into two parts.

Beat each piece of chicken with a hammer on both sides.

Salt and pepper the meat and leave for 20 minutes.

Remove the pineapples from the jar and shake off the syrup. Cut each ring lengthwise into thinner rings.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
