Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Products for cooking.

Step 2

Step 2
Rinse the chicken legs under running water and dry with a paper towel. Pour boiling water over the lemon and cut into rings. Add salt, ground black pepper and lemon rings to the chicken legs, stir, trying to squeeze out as much juice as possible from the lemon. You donʼt need to marinate for long, just about 5-7 minutes.

Step 3

Step 3
Cut pieces of foil 20-25 cm long, place chicken legs in the center of each piece of foil (two pieces per serving). No need to grease the foil!

Step 4

Step 4
Wrap each piece of foil like an envelope: first at the top and bottom, then at the sides. Place the envelopes on a baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven, bake at a temperature of 170-180 degrees, approximately 30-35 minutes.

Step 5

Step 5
Remove the pan from the oven and unwrap each foil envelope to allow the chicken legs to further brown. Bake in the oven for another 15-20 minutes. Baked chicken legs are tender, with a light citrus aroma.

Step 6

Step 6
Due to the fact that the meat is baked in foil and the juice does not leak anywhere, the legs are very juicy. If you put such meat in foil in the refrigerator, this juice will turn into a tender meat jelly.

Step 7

Step 7
Pasta, mashed potatoes and, of course, fresh vegetables and herbs are perfect for this meat. Try it, chicken legs baked in foil in the oven turn out very tasty!
