Celery and Bread Stuffed Chicken

For this dish, it is better to take young chickens weighing about 1 kg. After preparing various dishes with celery, I always have some left over that needs to be put somewhere quickly. I found this interesting recipe for stuffed chicken. Carrots can be pre-fried in vegetable oil until soft.

Water 100 ml
Butter 20 g
Olive oil 1 tsp
Caraway 1 tsp
Allspice 1 tsp
Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste

Celery stalk 2 pc
White bread 2 g
Carrot 1 pc
Eggs 1 pc

Wash the celery and cut into small cubes.
