Garlic 3 clove

How to bake chicken fillet in cream in the oven? Prepare your food. I take ready-made breast fillet, if you have a whole chicken, separate it from the bones. Wash and dry the meat; if necessary, remove any fat particles, bones, or tendons. Use thicker cream, I use 20%. For this recipe, a minimum of spices is enough, salt and pepper are a must, you can also take spices for chicken, but do not overload the taste, the fillet should remain tender.

Peel the garlic and chop finely.

Pour cream into a bowl, add salt and seasonings, garlic, stir.

Immerse the chicken fillet in the cream and leave to marinate for at least half an hour. It’s better to devote a couple of hours to this, then the fillet will turn out even more tender.

Take a heat-resistant ovenproof dish, I use a regular frying pan. Place the chicken in it, pour in the cream in which it was marinated.

Bake the fillet in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about half an hour. It doesn’t take much longer for the fillet to remain tender and soft. Remove the finished dish from the oven and serve. You can pour the resulting sauce over the side dish. Bon appetit!
