How to make chicken in cream sauce in a slow cooker? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can use any part of the chicken — it can be pieces with bones or just chicken fillet. Use the thickest cream. I have 33% cream.

Chop the chicken into large pieces.

Turn the multicooker on to the “fry” mode and heat the bowl until hot. Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and cut into half rings or slightly smaller. Pour some vegetable oil into the bowl and add chopped onion. Fry it for 3-5 minutes to make it clearer and softer.

Then place the prepared chicken pieces into the bowl, stir and fry everything together for 3-4 minutes so that no raw meat is visible on the chicken.

Then add some hot water (about 200 ml) into the bowl. Add salt and spices to your taste. For spices I use ground pepper and a little paprika. Switch the multicooker to the "roast" or "bake" mode for 30 minutes and close the lid. Leave the chicken to cook.

In a separate glass, mix 150 ml of water with flour. Pour in the cream. Peel a couple of cloves of garlic.

10 minutes before the end of the cooking time, open the lid, pour in the creamy sauce and add the chopped garlic. Stir and leave to cook.

After the specified time has elapsed, the multicooker will emit a sound signal indicating that the chicken is ready. Carefully open the lid, divide the chicken in the creamy sauce among plates and serve. Top the chicken with any side dish. Bon appetit!
