Ground black pepper to taste
Sour cream (or mayonnaise) 2 tbsp
Bulb onions 1 pc
Vegetable oil (for frying) 2 tbsp
Chicken eggs 1 pc
Chicken fillet 650 g
Starch 2 tbsp

How to make chicken in Albanian style? Prepare the necessary products. Sour cream can be replaced with mayonnaise. Take odorless vegetable oil. Both potato and corn starch are suitable.

Wash the chicken fillet and dry well. Cut the fillet into small cubes.

Peel the garlic and wash it. Chop the garlic in a convenient way. You can pass the clove through a press or use a fine grater. Or chop finely with a knife.
