Basic:

Garlic 1 clove
Chilli 0.4 pc
Salt 0.5 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp
Ground coriander 0.5 tsp
Ginger (ground) 0.5 tsp
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
bell pepper 2 pc
Chicken (any parts: drumsticks, thighs, breasts) 800 g
Soy sauce 3 tbsp
Celery stalk 1 pc
Potato starch 1 tbsp

How to make chicken dapanji at home? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. If your chicken is frozen, you should first defrost it. You will learn how to do this by reading the article at the end of this recipe. Wash the chicken in running water, dry with paper towels and cut into portions.

Place the meat in a deep bowl and pour in soy sauce, sprinkle with starch, mix well and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

Wash the bell pepper in running water, dry, remove seeds and cut into small pieces. Wash the celery and hot peppers and cut into small pieces. Peel the garlic and cut into petals.

Place the chicken in the pan. Fry over high heat until golden brown.

Add celery and chili pepper to chicken. Fry together for 1 minute.
