Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make drumsticks in a frying pan? Prepare the indicated products according to the list. It is better to take fresh drumsticks, not previously frozen. You can take more or less garlic. For spices, I use salt and ground black pepper, but you can use your favorite chicken spices. Prepare a frying pan.

Step 2

Step 2
If the chicken drumsticks chosen for frying are frozen, they must first be thawed. You can leave them at room temperature until completely defrosted, or you can use the microwave to speed up the process. The shins should be pinkish, without yellowness or a bluish tint. They should not give off an unpleasant odor. Rinse the drumsticks under running water and dry them from moisture (with napkins, towels) so that there are no greasy splashes when frying.

Step 3

Step 3
Place the drumsticks in a bowl, sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides, and rub with garlic. You can squeeze the garlic through a press or finely chop it. The spices need to be thoroughly rubbed over the entire shin so that it is better soaked. Leave the drumsticks for 10-15 minutes so that the meat absorbs all the flavor and becomes softer.

Step 4

Step 4
Place the selected frying pan on the fire, pour in vegetable oil and heat it. Place the prepared drumsticks on the heated oil. Fry the drumsticks over medium heat on one side for about 8-10 minutes. Make sure nothing burns.

Step 5

Step 5
Then turn the drumsticks over, cover the pan with a lid and reduce the heat slightly. Simmer the shins until done for about 10-15 minutes.

Step 6

Step 6
Serve the finished chicken drumsticks hot. This is a universal dish that can be served with any side dish: boiled rice, pasta, mashed potatoes, vegetables. In addition, these drumsticks are also good when chilled; you can take them with you on the road or to work.
