How to make tea with viburnum? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Choose ripe, strong, unspoiled berries. You can use less or more sugar, depending on your taste preferences. You can use stevia or honey instead of sugar. Remember that at high temperatures honey loses its beneficial properties. Therefore, first pour boiling water over the berries and wait until the water cools to 40 degrees, and only then add honey to the cup.
