Wheat flour 1 tbsp
Water 300 ml
Sour cream 150 g
Vegetable oil 20 g
Champignon 200 g
Dry spices to taste

How to stew chicken fillet with champignons? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose medium-sized champignons, without damage. Instead of champignons, you can take any other mushrooms. You can use sour cream of any fat content.

Heat a suitable size frying pan until hot and pour a little vegetable oil into it. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces of approximately the same size. Place the chopped chicken in the pan and fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

While the chicken is roasting, work on the onions. Peel it and rinse it in cold water. Then cut the onion into half rings or a little smaller.

Add chopped onion to the pan with the chicken. Mix everything and fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Rinse fresh champignons in running water to remove all dirt. Then cut each mushroom into 2-4 parts.

Add the chopped mushrooms to the pan. Fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes. Then add about 100 ml of water to the pan and cover it with a lid. Simmer the chicken and mushrooms over low heat for about 15 minutes.

In a separate glass, dissolve the flour in water so that there are no lumps. Then add sour cream to the water and mix well.

Pour the prepared sour cream sauce over the chicken and mushrooms. Sprinkle a little salt and spices to taste. As a spice, you can use ground pepper and a pinch of curry. You can add a little garlic for flavor. Stirring, bring everything to a boil and heat well for a minute. The sauce will thicken when heated. If you want the sauce to be a little thinner, add a little more water.
