Butter 20 g
Water 800 ml
Bay leaf 2 pc
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Pork (pulp) 600 g

How to make stew and gravy in a saucepan? First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can use any refined vegetable oil, I used sunflower oil.

Wash the meat, be sure to dry it with a paper towel, otherwise excess moisture will not allow it to fry — it will stew. Cut into cubes. You can take beef or pork. Or even chicken or turkey. But keep in mind that cooking time and calorie content will change. I have pork tenderloin.

Dissolve the flour in the remaining cold water. This is necessary to avoid the appearance of lumps in the gravy.
