Salt to taste
Ground hot pepper to taste
Water 50 ml
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Beef 500 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Eggplant 1 pc
Young zucchini 2 pc

How to make meat with eggplants and zucchini? Wash the beef pulp and dry it with a paper towel. Cut the meat into portions.

Heat a deep frying pan over high heat. Pour in sunflower oil. Warm it up. Place the meat to fry. The beef should be browned on all sides. As soon as this happens, add tomato paste, a little water and simmer the meat under the lid until soft. It took me about an hour.
