How to make pork with mushrooms in creamy sauce? Prepare the necessary ingredients. For the dish you will need boneless pork. It could be a ham, tenderloin or neck if you like fattier meat. Goulash already cut into small pieces will also work. If you wish, you can add onions to this dish, which will need to be cut into strips. You can take any spices to your taste.

Wash the pork, dry it and cut into medium pieces or strips.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and add chopped pork to it. Fry it over high heat, stirring, on all sides until golden brown.
