Ingredients (3 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Wheat flour 3 tbsp
Beef 350 g
Carrot 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Meat broth 350 ml

Cut the meat into pieces.

Peel the carrots, finely chop

Mix flour with salt and pepper.

Pour 2 tbsp into the meat. l. flour, mix.

Fry the meat in vegetable oil until golden brown and remove from the pan. At this stage, if desired, you can add pre-finely chopped onions.

Return the meat to the pan and simmer over low heat, covered, for about 40 minutes.
