Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make delicious pork meat in a creamy sauce in a frying pan? Prepare all the necessary ingredients for preparing our dish. It is best to take lean pork; the neck or shoulder is perfect. But you can take any other meat or poultry.

Step 2

Step 2
Rinse the meat, pat dry with a paper towel and remove skin and bones, if any. Cut the meat into cubes across the grain.

Step 3

Step 3
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Add the chopped meat and fry for 3 minutes, stirring. The meat should turn white, but not brown.

Step 4

Step 4
Peel the garlic, chop it and place it in the pan with the fried meat.

Step 5

Step 5
Peel the onion, cut into half rings and place in the pan with the pork. You can use absolutely any onion, just keep in mind that the red onion will turn blue and will not look very appetizing.

Step 6

Step 6
Fry everything over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring.

Step 7

Step 7
Salt and pepper everything and pour cream into the pan. It is best to use 10-20% cream, then the meat will be tender and not very fatty. I do not recommend replacing cream with milk; it will curdle into flakes during cooking.

Step 8

Step 8
Cover the pan with a lid, reduce heat to low and simmer for 20-30 minutes. The meat should become soft and very tender. Remove from heat, transfer to a plate or serving pan and serve immediately.

Step 9

Step 9
Bon appetit.
