Juicy soft meat in a delicate creamy gravy. Since childhood, I have loved beef with various sauces and gravies. Another interesting recipe to add to your collection. I always make 1.5-2 times more gravy. Boiled mashed potatoes and pasta are ideal as a side dish. If desired, you can add chopped onion during frying.

Basic:

Salt 0.5 tsp
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp
Beef 500 g
Sunflower oil 2 tbsp

Sauce:

Nutmeg 2 g
Water 40 ml
Sour cream 50 g
Cream 70 g
Potato starch 0.5 tbsp
Tomato sauce 50 g

How to make beef in cream sauce? Prepare your ingredients.

Wash the beef, dry it and cut into small pieces.

Place the meat in a hot frying pan, add salt and pepper, and sprinkle with caraway seeds if desired.

Quickly fry the meat in sunflower oil for about 3 minutes to maintain its juiciness.
