An excellent dish of beef with mushrooms for any side dish. Instead of champignons, you can use any mushrooms. It will be especially delicious with chanterelles.

Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Wheat flour 2 tbsp
Butter 40 g
Mustard 1 tbsp
Sour cream 150 g
Beef 400 g
Champignon 400 g

How to make beef stroganoff with mushrooms? Prepare your ingredients.

Wash the beef, dry it and cut it into long strips across the grain.

Roll the meat in flour.

Wash the mushrooms, dry and cut into slices.

Heat 20 g of melted butter in a saucepan, add mushrooms and fry until golden brown.

During frying, drain the juice released from the mushrooms.

Combine the remaining liquid from the mushrooms with sour cream, mustard, salt and pepper.

Pour the sour cream mixture over the mushrooms and simmer over low heat for about 3 minutes.

Melt the remaining butter in a frying pan and add the meat, first shaking it off from excess flour. Fry over high heat, stirring, for 5 minutes.

Transfer the meat to a saucepan and heat together for 1 minute.
