Parsley (2-3 branches) 10 g
Cream (20%) 200 ml
Squid 400 g
Spaghetti 200 g

How to cook pasta with squid? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Any pasta is suitable for pasta: long (spaghetti, fettuccine) or medium (penne, farfalle, fusili, penne, etc.). I settled on spaghetti. You can use small cherry tomatoes or larger plum tomatoes.

Cut plum tomatoes into thick slices, cherry tomatoes in half.

Peel raw squid from skin and entrails and cut into rings. Cut the squid tails into strips too. If you use frozen squid, defrost it first. Dry the prepared squid so that the water does not start shooting when it gets into the boiling oil.

Peel the garlic and chop finely. If desired, you can pass the garlic through a press.

Wash the parsley, dry and finely chop.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add garlic, followed by chopped squid. Fry everything together, stirring, for a couple of minutes over medium heat. If you fry longer, the squid will become rubbery and tasteless, so once the squid is round, remove the pan from the heat.

In a saucepan with plenty of salted water, cook the spaghetti until al dente. Place the finished pasta in a colander and let the water drain.

Place the spaghetti in the pan with the squid. Pour in the cream, add tomatoes and herbs.

Mix everything well and carefully.

Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for another 5 minutes. At the end, add salt and pepper to taste.
