Soy sauce 60 ml

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make pork marinade with soy sauce? Prepare all ingredients. You can replace the prepared spice mixture for pork with a pinch of curry, paprika, cardamom, nutmeg, coriander, and basil. For spiciness, you can add chili pepper on the tip of a knife. You can also add 1-2 tbsp. l. tomato paste or ketchup. To add piquancy to the marinade, finely grate a small piece of ginger root or 1/2 tsp. dry powder.

Step 2

Step 2
Peel the onion and chop finely. I use red onion for the marinade — it is a little sweeter and milder in taste. If you donʼt have a red onion, you can use regular onions. Shallots also work well. You can not chop the onion, but grind it in a blender to a puree or pass it through a meat grinder. In this case, the marinade will be more viscous and aromatic.

Step 3

Step 3
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, vegetable oil, pork spice mixture, sugar and ground pepper. Mix everything thoroughly. Some mixtures may contain a lot of hot hot pepper. Therefore, when using such spices, it is better not to add ground black pepper or add a little — the sauce may turn out to be too spicy.

Step 4

Step 4
Add chopped red onion and pressed garlic cloves to the sauce. Mix everything again. Fresh garlic can be replaced with garlic powder.

Step 5

Step 5
The soy marinade for pork is ready. It can be used to marinate a whole piece of meat, for example, carbonade, or small or medium-sized pieces of pork (goulash, loins, escalopes, entrecotes, etc.), as well as meat for barbecue. This amount of marinade is enough for 500-600 g of pork. Bon appetit!
