The most delicious, in our opinion, cheese sauce. In this sauce, like in fondue, you can dip anything: meat, vegetables, shrimp, chips, apples, and the most desperate cheese lovers can mix it with a side dish.

Ingredients (3 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Nutmeg to taste
Wheat flour 1 tbsp
Butter 15 g
Milk 300 ml
Any cheese (Emmental) 100 g
Bay leaf to taste
Bulb onions 1 pc

Recipe instructions

Pour 300 ml of milk into a ladle. Chop a small onion as desired and add it to the milk. We also send the bay leaf there.

Place the ladle on the stove, bring to a boil, remove from heat, cover with a lid and leave for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, strain the milk.

Grate 100 g of Emmental cheese and 20 g of Parmesan on a fine grater.

Melt 15 g of butter in a frying pan, add 1 tablespoon of flour and fry it until golden.
