For dough:

Salt to taste
Wheat flour 600 g
Water 150 ml
Milk 100 ml
Cocoa 2 tbsp
Eggs 1 pc
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp

For filling:

Sugar 1.5 tbsp
Eggs 1 pc
Cottage cheese 250 g
Vanilla sugar 2 tsp

Before kneading the dough, put 2 tbsp in another plate. l. flour.

Knead the dough from the indicated products, except cocoa. Divide the dough in half. Stir cocoa into one half and the reserved flour into the other. The dough turns out soft, elastic and very beautiful! Cover the dough with film and let the dough rest for 20 minutes.

Roll out two layers of dough 2-3 mm thick. Grease the chocolate layer well with water.
