Sugar 30 g
Wheat flour 200 g
Vegetable oil 100 ml
Sesame 2 tbsp
Beer 100 ml

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Sift flour into a dough bowl. By the way, this dough is great for kneading by hand, if suddenly you don’t (quite by chance) have a dough mixer.

Step 2

Step 2
Add salt and sugar to the flour. Stir.

Step 3

Step 3
Start kneading the dough, adding oil little by little.

Step 4

Step 4
Continue kneading, also adding beer little by little (it’s better to use light beer).

Step 5

Step 5
The finished dough should be covered (or covered with film) and left for 1 hour.

Step 6

Step 6
Turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees. Roll out the dough.

Step 7

Step 7
Cut it into cookies (you can use a die cutter, or you can use a knife).

Step 8

Step 8
Transfer the preparations to a baking sheet. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Step 9

Step 9
Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.

Step 10

Step 10
Cookies made with universal beer dough are ready.

Step 11

Step 11
This dough can be made both salty and sweet, and there is no beer in it at all. You can add cheese, nuts, a slice of fruit — whatever your imagination allows you to do. You can even make pizza, but that’s my fantasy...
