Spicy Korean Pork with Kimchi

Ingredients (2 portions)

Basic:

Onion 0.5 pc
Salt 0.5 tsp
Sugar 0.25 tsp
Ground black pepper 0.25 tsp
Vegetable oil 1 tsp
Cabbage (KIMCHI) 350 g
Ground red pepper 0.25 tsp
Tofu 300 g
Sake (!!MIRIN!!) 3 tbsp
Pork belly (or pork neck) 150 g

Recipe instructions

Thinly slice the pork belly or neck and then cut it into pieces

Cut the onion into half rings. (you can use both white and onion)

Cut the kimchi into small pieces.

Cut the tofu into portions and set aside; we will need it at the end of cooking when serving.

Heat a frying pan over high heat, add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil.

Add the pork and fry, stirring over high heat for 2-3 minutes.

Add onion, stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add sugar, ground black pepper, ground hot red pepper (optional, the dish turns out spicy even without it due to kimchi, but if you like it spicy, I recommend adding hot pepper), add salt.
