Basic:

Onion (big) 2 pc
Garlic 3 clove
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Sour cream 1 cup
Zucchini (3 pcs) 800 g
Dill 1 g
Starch 1 tbsp

Cut zucchini into thick half rings

Cut the onion into half rings

Turn the multicooker on to “fry” mode and sauté the onion in vegetable oil until slightly golden brown.

Add the zucchini and continue to fry until golden brown, then turn on the “stew” mode, add salt and pepper and continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes. It is very important not to overcook so that the zucchini does not turn into mush.
