Prepare all recipe ingredients. Rinse the eggs well to remove dirt first. Choose hard cheese according to your taste. Shrimp are suitable either fresh frozen or boiled-frozen. The most convenient way is to buy peeled shrimp straight away. You can make mayonnaise at home.

Remove the canned pineapples from the syrup and wipe off excess liquid with a napkin. Cut into small cubes. Pineapples are sold in rings and already cut, but the cuts are quite large.

Cut the hard cheese into the same small cubes.

Remove boiled-frozen shrimp from the freezer in advance and defrost them in the appropriate section of the refrigerator. Set aside 8 shrimp for garnish. Cut the rest into small pieces. The recipe indicates the weight of peeled shrimp.

For greens, take dill, parsley or green onions. Rinse well and dry with a cloth. Cut into small pieces.

Pour cold water over the eggs and place over high heat. Add some salt. From the moment it boils, cook for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a container with cold water and leave for 10-15 minutes. Peel off the shell. Carefully cut in half. Remove the yolk and cut it into small pieces.

Add chopped pineapples, hard cheese, shrimp, yolks, and herbs to the salad bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add mayonnaise and mix well.

Stuff the egg white halves with the prepared salad mixture. In our case there are 8 of them.

If desired, place lettuce leaves on a flat plate. Place the deviled eggs on top. Garnish with remaining shrimp. Eggs stuffed with shrimp and pineapple are ready.
