To prepare the dough, sift five hundred grams of wheat flour into a large bowl, then pour half a teaspoon of soda, one quarter teaspoon of salt and one teaspoon of vanilla sugar into it and mix all the ingredients.

Cut two hundred and fifty grams of softened margarine into small cubes and place it in a bowl with dry ingredients.

Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl and rub with your hands until crumbly.
