Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Take a large deep saucepan (to make it convenient to cook spaghetti), pour water into it, put it on fire, bring to a boil, add salt, then put the pasta in boiling water and boil it until tender according to the instructions on the package. Depending on the thickness of the spaghetti itself, the cooking time may vary, so I do not indicate it.

Step 2

Step 2
Place the finished spaghetti in a colander, draining the water. Then put the spaghetti into a pan, add a piece of butter and stir.

Step 3

Step 3
Cut the onions into small cubes, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the frying pan and place the frying pan on the fire. As soon as the oil is heated, add the already prepared onions and carrots. Fry the vegetables over medium heat, stirring them constantly until they are soft.

Step 4

Step 4
Now add the minced meat to the vegetables in the pan. It is best to prepare minced meat at home rather than using store-bought ones. You can use any minced meat: beef, pork, pork-beef, turkey and even chicken. I used pork. We continue to fry the ingredients, stirring them occasionally until the color changes. Then add spices, namely salt, ground black pepper and paprika. Next, add a little flour. Mix everything thoroughly and add tomato paste.

Step 5

Step 5
After mixing the minced meat with vegetables and spices again, pour in hot water. Mix everything well again and simmer the contents of the pan for 5-7 minutes over low heat. If necessary, add a little more salt, as well as crushed garlic and sugar using a garlic press, mix and simmer the sauce for another 5 minutes.

Step 6

Step 6
Grate a little cheese into crumbs. Now that everything is ready, put the previously boiled spaghetti on plates, put tomato sauce and minced meat on top and sprinkle it all with grated cheese.
