How to stew a hare with vegetables and garlic in a frying pan? The first step is to prepare the hare meat. Remove the skin from the hare, remove the entrails and cut the carcass into portions. Be sure to remove all membranes, otherwise the finished meat will be difficult to chew.

To avoid a specific smell, the hare meat needs to be soaked in cold water. Place the meat in a deep container, fill it with water to the top and put it in the refrigerator. I had a big hare, I soaked it for a day.
