Basic:

Onion 1 pc
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Eggs 6 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Spinach 500 g

How to make spinach with egg in a frying pan? Prepare all the products indicated in the recipe. The number of eggs is taken arbitrarily; they can be used more or less.

Peel the onion, rinse under running water and dry with paper towels. Cut the onion into thin half rings, quarter rings or even smaller.

Wash the eggs thoroughly, drain the spinach in a colander and rinse under running water. Tear large leaves into small fragments, and leave small ones whole.

Heat odorless vegetable oil in a frying pan. Send the onions to fry. Cook, stirring, until the onion becomes translucent.

Add spinach to the onion, mix everything. Reduce the flame to low, cover the pan with a lid and simmer the greens until soft. Literally one minute will be enough for young leaves.

Salt the spinach to taste, add your favorite dry spices if desired. I used a pinch of ground nutmeg and a mixture of herbs de Provence.

Make several depressions in the spinach, as in the photo. The number of "pits" depends on how many eggs you use.

Gently crack one egg into each well.

Cover with a lid and leave the pan on the stove until the eggs are cooked to your desired doneness.

Sprinkle the finished scrambled eggs with ground pepper to taste. You can serve!
