Herb-Filled German Steamed Rolls with Roast Pork
Try delicious German steamed rolls with herbs! Struli is the name given in German cuisine to steamed rolls made from unleavened dumpling dough. They are usually served with roast potatoes, meat or chicken. The rolls themselves are quite varied: it can be just dough, or dough stuffed with herbs, fried carrots and onions, or minced meat. I chose the version with greens because the roast itself is very filling. However, such steamed rolls can be served separately as an independent dish.
