Cherry tomatoes 100 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to fry sausage with tomatoes in a frying pan? Prepare the ingredients for the omelet. For this dish, you can use any sausage according to your taste and availability; it will work better with boiled sausage, for example, doctor’s sausage, without fat. Cut the sausage into circles no more than 1 centimeter thick.

Step 2

Step 2
If the sausage is narrow, the circles can be left whole, and large ones can be cut into cubes or strips. You can even take milk sausages, cutting them into circles.

Step 3

Step 3
Beat chicken eggs into a bowl. Add salt and ground black pepper. Beat them with a fork or whisk until the mixture is homogeneous in consistency, so that the egg whites are completely separated.

Step 4

Step 4
Pour the milk into the bowl with the egg mixture, stirring thoroughly until the ingredients are well combined. You can use milk of any fat content; the fattier the milk, the higher the calorie content, naturally, of the dish, but the fluffier and tastier the omelette will be.

Step 5

Step 5
It is better to use tomatoes that are not large, such as cherry varieties, and not too ripe and soft, otherwise the juice released from the tomato pieces can spoil the taste and appearance of the dish. Wash the tomatoes; if the fruits are small, cut them into two parts; for large ones, cut them into cubes or circles. Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan. Turn on the fire. When the oil is hot, place the tomatoes on it.

Step 6

Step 6
Fry them over medium heat on both sides until golden brown. During the frying process, the tomatoes will “shrink” significantly, creating space between them.

Step 7

Step 7
Gently push them apart and place the sausage in the center of the pan. Fry the sausage on both sides until golden brown. Pour the milk-egg mixture over the tomatoes and sausage. Cover the pan with a lid and keep on fire for 10 minutes.

Step 8

Step 8
Remove from heat and serve with bread and a cup of coffee. Bon appetit!
