Fragrant, very bright, filling and incredibly tasty! Champignons with cheese and tomatoes in a frying pan are an interesting and quick way to cook mushrooms with vegetables. This dish is usually served as a snack on its own. It perfectly complements cutlets, mashed potatoes or unsweetened porridge. Fast and tasty!

Basic:

Onion 1 pc
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Hard cheese 100 g
Carrot 1 pc
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp
Champignon 500 g
Greenery to taste
Cherry tomatoes 0.25 cup

How to fry champignons with cheese and tomatoes in a frying pan? Prepare all the necessary products. Champignons can be white or brown. It is also acceptable to use canned or frozen mushrooms.

Wash the champignons, dry and cut into thin slices or cubes, as you like. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Send the mushrooms to fry. Cook over high heat, stirring, until all the liquid has evaporated.

Peel the onions and carrots, rinse and dry. Chop the onion into small cubes and cut the carrots into thin cubes. You can also grate carrots if desired. Place the vegetables in the frying pan. Reduce the flame slightly and cook, stirring, until the onions and mushrooms are browned. It took me about 10-15 minutes.

Next, add cherry tomatoes to all ingredients. They will make the finished dish juicy and bright. Salt everything to taste and add your favorite spices. Mix everything, cover the pan with a lid and simmer for about 5 minutes over moderate heat.

Finally, sprinkle the mushrooms with grated cheese. The amount of cheese can be increased or decreased according to your taste. Turn off the stove and leave the pan covered for a while.
