Rice 1.5 cup
Tomato paste (with a slide) 1 tbsp
Carrot 1 pc
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Dry spices to taste

How to make rice with minced meat in a slow cooker? Prepare all the necessary ingredients you will need for the recipe. Which minced meat is better to take? Any minced meat will do: chicken, pork, beef or mixed. Instead of tomato paste, it is permissible to take tomatoes, or you can use both at the same time.

Peel the onions, carrots and garlic (if using). Rinse and dry the vegetables. Cut the onion and garlic into small cubes and the carrots into thin strips.

Pour vegetable oil into the bowl, set the “Baking” or “Frying” mode. Place the onions, carrots and garlic in the slow cooker and fry, stirring, for about 5 minutes. Add tomato paste to vegetables. If you are using fresh tomatoes, they should be added to the bowl at this stage. Mix everything well and cook for about 5-7 minutes.

Add minced meat to the tomato sauce. Mix thoroughly, add salt to taste and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
