Sour cream 1 tbsp
Hard cheese 70 g
Olives 5 pc

How to make pizza from eggs in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary products. For the filling they can be anything you like.

Cut sausages (ham, smoked or boiled sausage, frankfurters, bacon) into thin slices.

Wash the tomato and dry it. Choose dense tomatoes. Soft fruits do not hold their shape well; during the cutting process they will become wrinkled and spoil the appearance of the dish. Cut the tomato into slices or circles. Cut the olives into slices or simply cut them in half lengthwise.

Grate hard cheese on a coarse or fine grater.

Wash the eggs and dry them. Beat eggs with sour cream until smooth. You can use a regular fork.

Use a non-stick pan so that you can easily turn the egg base over. Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and heat it up. Pour the egg mixture into the heated frying pan. I have a frying pan with a bottom diameter of 18-19 cm.
