How to make minced meat with an egg in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. To prepare the dish, you can use minced meat from any meat — pork, beef or chicken. You can also use mixed minced meat from different types.

Peel the onion and rinse in cold water. Then finely chop the peeled onion. Heat a frying pan until hot and pour in a little vegetable oil. Add chopped onion and fry for a minute until translucent.

Then add the prepared minced meat and mix it with the onion. Fry everything together for about 7-8 minutes over medium heat. Sprinkle the minced meat with salt and spices. Choose spices to your taste. I added some ground pepper and paprika. The minced meat should completely change color and begin to brown.

In a separate bowl, mix the egg and milk. I added some more spices to the eggs. Mix everything. It is convenient to use a whisk for mixing.
