Basic:

Garlic 3 clove
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Water 2 cup
Rice 1 cup
Vegetable oil 20 g
Paprika 0.3 tsp
Turmeric 0.4 tsp

How to fry rice in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. For cooking, choose steamed long grain rice. It does not boil over and turns out crumbly. The quantity, composition and proportions of spices can be changed to suit your taste.

Take a comfortable deep frying pan. Peel a couple of cloves of garlic and cut into slices. Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and add chopped garlic. As soon as it starts to brown, remove it from the pan. It will have time to transfer all its taste and aroma to the hot oil.

Now add the steamed rice to the pan and stir. It will be soaked in aromatic oil. Fry the rice for a couple of minutes over low heat. The rice will become translucent and then golden.

Pour hot water over the rice. Add salt and all spices to taste. Mix everything and bring to a boil.

Cook the rice over low heat for about 15 minutes. The rice will gradually absorb all the moisture and increase in volume. It is not necessary to cover with a lid. But with the lid on, the rice will cook faster.
