Chicken mince 750 g
Garlic 2 clove
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Eggs 1 pc
Breadcrumbs 375 g
Parsley 20 g
Bulb onions 1 pc
Basil 50 g
Pine nuts 150 g

Make minced meat.

Finely chop the onion and chop the garlic.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, nuts. Fry, stirring, for 8 minutes or until the onion is soft. Let cool.

Mix the minced meat, bread crumbs, herbs, lightly beaten egg, onion mixture, salt, pepper. Lightly grease the deep pan. Place the mixture in a baking dish and press lightly on top with your hands.
