Hearty Armenian Spelt Pilaf with Chicken and Mushrooms
Wonderful wheat pilaf with chicken and mushrooms. Pilaf turns out much tastier with chicken broth. Based on health reasons, I stewed mushrooms and onions in the recipe. If desired, they can be fried. The cooking time for pilaf depends on the quality of the spelled, so it is difficult to determine the specific time for its preparation. On average it takes 1.5 — 2 hours to cook.
