How to make macaroni with milk and cheese in a frying pan? Prepare your food. You can take any shape of pasta, it doesn’t matter. I just find it more convenient to work with small springs. For spaghetti, I choose other recipes. But I advise you to pay special attention to the quality of the paste. The most delicious pasta is made from durum wheat. It does not fall apart when cooked and contains more nutrients. It is better to choose cheese that melts well.

Bring a large saucepan of pasta water to a boil. To prevent them from sticking together and make them tasty, take 1 liter of water for every 100 grams of pasta. Salt the water. Add pasta. Be sure to stir them so they donʼt stick to the bottom of the pan.

Cook the pasta for a minute less than indicated on the box — we will finish cooking it in milk. They should remain slightly firm. Drain the pasta in a colander and leave it over the pan to drain off any excess liquid.

Take a frying pan large enough to accommodate the entire portion of pasta. Heat butter on it. Do this over low heat so that the oil does not start to burn.

Place the pasta in the pan and toss it with the oil. Pour in the milk.

Cover the pan with a lid and leave the pasta to simmer with milk for 2-3 minutes. Make the fire small.
