Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Carrot 1 pc
White cabbage 700 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Dill (3 branches) 10 g
Squid 500 g

How to stew squid with cabbage? A very simple, quick and affordable dish. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can add vegetables to your taste.

Remove the top damaged leaves from the cabbage. Shred the cabbage, avoiding the dense, hard leaves around the stalk.

You can use squids already peeled, without skin or with skin. If you use unpeeled squid, you must first remove the skin from them, remove the insides and the chitinous plate. Cut the prepared squid carcasses into rings. Cut the tail fins into strips.

Peel the carrots and grate on a coarse grater or a Korean carrot grater.

Peel the garlic and cut into slices.
