Salt 0.25 tsp
Sugar (or to taste) 0.5 cup
Apples (or one small one) 0.5 pc
Bananas 1 pc
Walnuts 2 tbsp
Raisin 2 tbsp
Vegetable oil (without smell) 0.25 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Rice flour 1 cup

How to make cookies from rice flour? Prepare your food. Adjust the amount of sugar to your taste; you can safely reduce it, especially if the banana is very ripe and sweet. Take refined, odorless oil. Instead of walnuts and raisins, any other nuts and dried fruits are suitable.

Peel the banana and break it into pieces in a bowl. Mash the banana into a puree; a regular fork will suffice. Pour sugar into banana puree and add vegetable oil. Stir everything together until smooth. It’s okay if there are banana pieces left in the mixture; this will make the cookies more textured.

Place rice flour in another bowl, add baking powder and salt, and mix dry ingredients.

Pour the liquid ingredients into the flour, mix both mixtures. The result should be a fairly thick sticky dough.
