Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make green beans in a frying pan with garlic? Prepare your food. You can take beans either fresh or frozen. It is not necessary to defrost the latter before cooking — it will still boil. Adjust the amount of garlic to your taste — you can add more or less. In addition to pepper, you can add any of your favorite seasonings.

Step 2

Step 2
If your beans are fresh, then first wash them, peel the hard parts and cut them into pieces 4-5cm long. Boil water in a saucepan and salt it. Throw beans into boiling water (throw frozen ones directly). After boiling again, cook the beans for a couple of minutes. Then drain it in a colander and be sure to rinse it with cold water (you can use it from the tap) — this will help keep the beans a bright green color.

Step 3

Step 3
Leave the beans in a colander to drain. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, pour vegetable oil into it for frying. Place the blanched beans in the pan. Peel the garlic and squeeze through a garlic press into the frying pan with the beans. Salt and pepper the dish. Stir. You can add any spices to your taste. How to choose a frying pan and oil for frying, read the articles on these topics at the end of this recipe.

Step 4

Step 4
Fry the beans, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes. Leave the heat medium. Finally, sprinkle the beans with sesame seeds. Turn off the heat, cover the pan with a lid and leave the dish to stand for 10 minutes — during this time the beans will become saturated with the aroma and taste of seasonings and garlic.

Step 5

Step 5
Serve fried green beans with garlic to the table. Bon appetit!
