How to make lavash pizza with sausage and cheese in a frying pan? Prepare your food. Even yesterdayʼs lavash will do; it will still get soggy in milk — a convenient way to utilize its remains. You can take any sausage — smoked or boiled. In addition to tomatoes and peppers, other vegetables are also suitable — pickles, olives.

Prepare all the toppings right away, as the pizza cooks very quickly. Wash the tomato in running water, dry and cut into small cubes.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat, mine is Ø24cm. It would be better if it had a non-stick surface. Grease the pan with vegetable oil. Lay out the pieces of pita bread.
