Ingredients (3 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 1 clove
Salt to taste
Sour cream 3 tbsp
Hard cheese (Dutch) 50 g
Parsley (three stems) to taste
Bulb onions (small) 1 pc
Vegetable oil 1 tsp
Champignon (large) 10 pc
Dill (three stems) to taste
Allspice to taste
Sausage (boiled-smoked brisket) 100 g

Recipe instructions

Wipe the champignons with a damp cloth and cut out the stems. Finely chop the brisket and heat it in a frying pan over low heat. Add chopped onion and fry everything together a little. Then add the finely chopped champignon legs and fry for another five minutes. Remove from heat, add chopped garlic and chopped herbs, salt and pepper. Cool the filling slightly.

Grease a baking dish with oil and place the prepared caps in it with the hole facing up.

Fill tightly with filling.

Mix sour cream with grated cheese and spread this mixture on top of the filling on the mushrooms, making a small dome.

Place the pan in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, and bake for 20 minutes.
