But you can just as easily buy a regular one for 45 rubles. Itʼs just smaller. This dish has its roots in the hungry nineties. There are empty shelves in stores, empty wallets in bags. But the sea is right there, nearby! There was always the opportunity to get something out of him! Carrots and onions were always on sale. And you don’t need any oil in this dish! Those who did not have an oven simply steamed this fish in a large saucepan or frying pan with a little water. But still, it turns out the most delicious when baked in the oven, and precisely in parchment (baking paper). I don’t recommend baking in foil; when wrapped, microcracks form in it, through which juice leaks out.
