Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make Baileys liqueur at home? Prepare the necessary ingredients. You can use any cream, but keep in mind that the lower the fat percentage of the cream, the more liquid the liqueur will be. The preparation of this homemade alcoholic drink must begin with the selection of suitable containers. I chose a blender glass with a measuring scale. So, pour condensed milk into the container.

Step 2

Step 2
Next, pour in the cream.

Step 3

Step 3
Add a shot of freshly brewed but slightly cooled espresso. If you want a slightly less pronounced coffee taste, add half the serving.

Step 4

Step 4
Itʼs time to add Irish whiskey to your glass. If you replace whiskey with bourbon, there wonʼt be much of a difference. If you want to make this recipe more budget-friendly, you can replace the whiskey with vodka or diluted alcohol. But in this case, keep in mind that the taste of the drink will change. Here it directly depends on the alcohol base. The better quality it is, the better the liquor in the end. Basically, I tried Baileys with good expensive vodka, and I liked it.

Step 5

Step 5
Add vanilla for flavor.

Step 6

Step 6
Using an immersion blender, blend all liqueur ingredients until smooth. And it would be better to leave it in the refrigerator overnight so that all the components combine into a single symphony of tastes and aromas. Enjoy your tasting!
