Green onions 1 g
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Chicken (boiled chicken meat) 200 g
Green pea (frozen) 200 g
Pineapples (canned) 250 g
Soy sauce 50 ml
Garlic powder 0.5 tsp
Brown brown rice 230 g

First you need to let the rice cook. During this time, you can prepare the remaining products. Cut boiled chicken and canned pineapples into small identical pieces, chop green onions.

Heat a large skillet with 3 tablespoons vegetable oil over medium heat. Add onion, chicken and frozen green peas and sauté for a few minutes until onion softens. After this, add the pineapples and cook for another 2-3 minutes. The pineapples should be slightly caramelized.
