Ingredients (3 portions)

The basis:

Ground black pepper to taste
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Butter 1 tbsp
red fish 300 g

Sauce:

Lemon juice 1 tsp
Mustard 1 tsp
Sour cream 3 tbsp

For sand crumbs:

Wheat flour 3 tbsp
Butter 30 g

Decor:

Dill 3 g
Cranberry 9 pc

First of all, donʼt forget to turn on the oven, everything cooks very quickly! For shortbread crumbs, mix wheat flour with diced butter, sugar and salt (this can be done not only with your hands, but also with a blender or food processor, I prefer to prepare the crumbs with my hands, it’s very simple and you don’t need to wash household appliances afterwards).

Place the shortbread crumbs on a small baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 190-200 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.

While the dough is baking, prepare the fish. Cut the fish fillet into small cubes, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Grease baking dishes with butter and place prepared fish on the bottom of each.

Prepare the ingredients for the sauce.

Spoon the sauce over the prepared fish.

Place the molds with the fish in the oven with the shortbread crumbs immediately (for me exactly 5 minutes passed after the crumbs started baking) for about 8 minutes.
